All our mugs are shipped within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment and are packed in double cartons, individually wrapped in plastic air-bubble bags/sheets and both cartons are, in addition, back-filled with "peanuts" to assure safe arrival of your mugs (except single mugs).

Basic Motor Freight is a dependable and economical way to deliver your boxed mug purchase to your door in 3-5 weeks. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, daytime hours only. When ordering, be sure to include your day- and evening-phone numbers.
Our above S&H prices do not apply to Basic Motor Freight Delivery and freight charges will be calculated for every order as all mugs shipped this way are only boxed in regular bulk-shipment cartons.

For payment by wire-transfer, please add US$15.00 per payment.

Orders of over 321 mugs per design:

We can produce custom mug decorations in one of two ways: Sublimation decorations or with traditional vitrifiable decals. While the first process is ideal for smaller quantities, the latter is more cost-efficient but requires much bigger quantities per decoration.

In order to offer you the very best prices for mugs decorated with ceramic decals, we'd need to see your digitized art before we can send you our price quotation. The prices we can offer for ceramic decal decorations are substantially below those of sublimation decorations.

Insurance:
