Coffee mugs custom decorated with digital art you submitted cannot be returned.

Our Guarantee

Should you not be happy with the sublimation decoration of our custom decorated ceramic coffee mugs, just tell us why and send them back to us in their original packaging material as soon as we e-mail you our return authorization # and our return shipping address. We'll then decorate new mugs for you for the mugs you return to us and that arrive here not broken within 30 days from receipt of your original mugs. You only pay S&H, as shipping & handling charges are not included in our guarantee and are not refundable. Mugs will not be accepted for returns without our prior authorization number nor can we honor requests for refunds.

Mugs decorated with YOUR digital art which you sent us are not returnable as we have no control over the quality of your digital art which we reproduce on our mugs just as you sent it to us.

Our sublimation mug coating meets FDA requirements for resinous coatings intended for food contact surfaces. Our mugs are white and dishwasher and microwave safe.

Please remember:
To preserve the beauty and vibrancy of the image on your sublimation mugs, it is best to hand wash them. Also, never leave the mugs in direct sunlight, for example on a window sill.
