What Information do I have to submit?
In order to prepare your FREE virtual mug sample, we need to receive your computer generated artwork as an attachment to your e-mail at:
Prepare your bitmap artwork (photographs, etc.) with at least 300 ppi's (pixels per inch) and save it into the .tif format before compressing it with PKzip or WinZip both which you can download for free. Vector artwork (spot color logos, etc.) should be done in a PC compatible format. All art should be the size of the finished decal decoration. Should you use some irregular fonts (letters), then please also send us your corresponding fonts file.
Please also indicate the total amount of mugs you need and on which side of the mug you would like to have your decoration (example: handle right, decoration left - take another look at the US flag in the left frame).
The easiest way to get your information to us is to send us your files as an attachment to an e-mail . You can also send us your ideas and logo information with regular mail and we will prepare the necessary artwork from it. This will just take much longer.
It is always a good idea to contact us first before you develop a new design so that we can assist you in its elaboration to assure that your decoration can be printed and will be in optimum conditions.
